Starship Abilities

All starships have engines and many have weaponry of some sort. These are common abilities and are documented elsewhere. However, Planets.nu has several starships with impressive secondary abilities or special missions they can perform. These abilities are listed below. Those under "Basic" are available in all game formats with at least one starship design; those in the "Campaign" list are only available in the Campaign setting. It's important to remember that most of these starships can only be built by a very limited number of races. Some of these abilities are limited to a single starship design.
