Chunnel Stabilizer

This ability, exclusive to the Dungeon Class Stargate, permits starships in the surrounding area to initiate Chunnels while moving. In addition, it decreases the minimum Chunnel distance from 100 light-years to 1 light-year.

The distance that this field extends from the starship depends on the engines installed in the Dungeon Class Stargate.
