The Transfer Artifact mission is available in any game that was created with the optional Emork's Legacy feature, to all starships containing an Artifact when they're in orbit of a planet, or at the same location as another starship.

When the Transfer Artifact mission is set on a starship, that starship will try to transfer the selected Artifact to the surface of the planet, or to the selected starship.
