The Crystal Confederation population grows better on desert worlds than most other races. As a by-product of this, their growth on cool and warm worlds is not as fast as most other races. This advantage causes the population growth on hot worlds to be as much as 2.5 times as high, while having a significant negative impact on population growth on cool worlds. The growth rate will be the same on a planet with a temperature of 40°W.
