When a Federation player has this Advantage enabled, starships they recyle also return Priority Build Points or Priority Points, depending on the
Build Queue used in the game. The number of points returned is 75% (rounded up) of what it would cost to Priority Build the starship.
This advantage is disabled by default, and can be researched with
Campaign Resources. This advantage is triggered by
Recycling a starship at a starbase.
This advantage is worth 15
advantage points and is available to players of The Solar Federation.
The research cost for this advantage is 1000 GigaCredits.
