Any starship whose mission is set to Kill! will automatically attempt to engage any starship or planet controlled by another player. This, of course, is subject to the normal limitations imposed by matching Friendly Codes and diplomatic selections.

Selecting the Kill! mission can also have an impact on the Order of Battle.
