When the game options
extraplanets
or
centerextraplanets
are in use, additional planets will be assigned to the players. The planets will be those closest to the homeworld. These options may only be used in Private games and the
centerextraplanets
option may only be used if the Homeworld locations are set to
One vs. Circle
.
All allocated planets will have a temperature of between 20°W and 79°W and have 500 clans of colonists on them. The distribution of minerals and natives, including level of government, will be as normal. The natives will start at 100 Happiness points.
