This is the ability to lay deep space minefields up to 100 light-years in radius.

This advantage is enabled by default, and can not be disabled. The Lay Mines and Lay Web Mines (Crystals only) missions use this advantage.

This advantage is worth 70 advantage points and is available to all races.
